In the case that a technician is suffering from any flu-like symptoms, it will be unsuitable for them to attend occupied properties.
When proceeding with an appointment, hand sanitiser and appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are utilised by all technicians.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Prior to confirming a time for your appointment with The Mould Doctor, our team will ask you a series of precautionary questions.
- Are you or anyone in the property experiencing symptoms of fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath?
- Are you or anyone in the property currently self-isolating?
- Have you or anyone in the property travelled to China, South Korea, Italy, Iran or a country considered to pose a risk of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) transmission in the past 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in the property had contact with an individual suspected of having COVID-19?
