What do our technicians look for when completing a Mould Inspection?
In most properties, we conduct a thorough visual inspection looking for the presence of mould, signs of water damage or building defects. Mould can be black, grey, yellow, green, orange, white or a combination of colours. If there is a mouldy or musty odour, air testing may be recommended.
